Every coffee crop is different. There are many factors that influence the coffee crop when it is harvested and processed and each crop may differ from one to another. So how can the quality of the coffee be determined? The barista has no control over the crop, but they can influence the outcome by applying the right extraction methods to bring out the best from whatever they are given.
In this workshop, you will discover the methods and tools to brew a good cup of coffee and how coffee brewing relates to how we can manage challenges in life. This workshop is organised in collaboration with I AM Campaign.
