For: Aspiring baristas or coffee hobbyists looking to understand the basics of specialty coffee. You can now go the distance and learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar.
This is a Distance Learning Course -- Refer to 'Inclusive of' section for more details.
SCA Barista Skills Foundation provides you with a first taste of the Barista discipline and is a great way to get insight into the skills required of a barista including espresso preparation, steaming and texturing milk for cappuccinos, and maintaining a clean espresso bar.
