SCA Sensory Skills Foundation covers the essentials of sensory evaluation. You will learn about the way we perceive what we taste and how to apply it to the evaluation of the intrinsic characteristics of coffee, in a very practical and interactive manner. It also offers an introduction to identify specialty coffee qualities and gain an overview on how to implement it in your day-to-day. No prior knowledge is needed before taking this module.
This course is also available as part of a combo (beginner + intermediate) and a series (foundation series). Get in touch to find out more. Discounts are applicable.
