Bettr Barista's policy on course cancellations, refunds and rescheduling.

BOOKINGS has a full list of the courses we offer and course descriptions. The most current schedule of course dates and times is always available on our booking engine.

  • Before booking a course, please read through the course content to ensure it meets your learning needs and that you satisfy all the prerequisites (where stated).

  • All bookings are to be paid for at the time of booking in order to confirm and secure your place in class.

  • Bettr Barista Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the programme, date, venue and trainer.

  • If we cancel a course at any time, you will have the option to reschedule to the next available date or receive a full refund.


For a course to start, the minimum number of sign-ups must be met. Otherwise, Bettr Barista may have to cancel that particular course and reschedule students to alternative class dates/times.

If a student is unable to attend any of the proposed alternatives in this case, s/he is entitled to a full refund of the course fee.


Any request to cancel/withdraw from a course must be submitted in writing via email at least 72 hours before that class is scheduled to start. Requests made within this time frame are entitled to a full refund or reschedule, subject to a S$30 administrative fee.

*Optional Class Kits *

If you had purchased a kit as an add-on to your class, the kit is non-refundable and will be charged at full price.

IMPORTANT: For single course bookings (not packages), students need to attend their class within 3 months of payment, after which no refunds or cancellations will be allowed. Repeated requests to reschedule beyond this 3-month period will not be entertained and your payment will be forfeited.

If you have purchased your course(s) as part of a package, please note that packages are non-refundable and are valid for 9 months from the date of the first class (except where stated otherwise).


Any request to reschedule a course to another date/time must be submitted in writing via email at least 72 hours before that class is scheduled to start, and will be subject to a S$30 admin fee (no refunds).

Please note that we will not be able to process any requests for rescheduling that are received with less than 72 hours' notice.

You will not be allowed to reschedule a class more than twice(unless supported by a medical certificate). Any re-schedule more than twice will deem the class fees to be forfeited.


Your course fee is not refundable if you do not show up for your scheduled class. However, if you miss your class due to illness and provide a medical certificate within 7 days of your scheduled class, we will reschedule your class for you at no extra charge.

*For Virtual Classes *

Students who are more than 15 minute late for their virtual class, will not be let into the room.

If you have a valid reason or medical certificate for missing the class, do write in to to notify us. Any rescheduling request without an MC or valid reason will be subject to a S$30 admin fee (no refunds).


All of our classes may be recorded and or photographed, video footage and photos may then be used for news and publicity purposes.


There are a number of course funding options available for individuals as well as corporations/employees:

SkillsFuture Credit (selected SCA Barista Skills Foundation & Intermediate courses)

WSQ funding from WDA (WSQ Provide Specialty Coffee Service)

Inclusive Growth Programme (IGP) funding from e2i
